The way a woman’s body changes after pregnancy is the similar to that of during pregnancy, each woman experiences it differently. Some Mum’s quickly snap back into the same shape they were before like it doesn’t seem possible, while others take that little bit longer to shift the extra baby weight. However your body ends up after pregnancy it’s totally fine! Be proud of the fact you grew your baby and let the bits you don’t like be reminders of this special fact!

Wow how this is even possible, it looks like Chloe has NEVER had a baby let alone only given birth 2 WEEKS ago! She must have some crazy super powers, as this is totally fries your brain to think a body can look so teeny tiny this soon after carrying a baby the size of a watermelon in your belly. Well apparently it has nothing to do with super powers, Chloe says it’s all down to the Pilates she did during and after pregnancy. Right that’s it note to ourselves: must start Pilates!!!!!

Jess blew us all away on Love Island 2017 and soon won over now husband Dom Lever with her killer curves (poor Montana)! Well done to this gorgeous duo for being one of the longest surviving couples to ever come out of the villa. Like most Women in the public eye, Jess has wasted no time at all getting back into the gym and good for her if that’s what makes her happy! The stunning mum was unfairly trolled for having a small bump whilst pregnant, we wish people would remember pregnancy differs from person to person so what’s ‘normal’ for you may not be normal to somebody else. Look at the transformation Belle’s body has gone through within just a few weeks, breastfeeding is the one to thank for her rapid weight loss. Belle and her partner are still keeping the gender of the baby a secret and we’re dying to know!
